At Aureza, each piece is carefully prepared and crafted to ensure it meets our quality standards before being delivered to you. Below are the details regarding our shipping process.

All orders are made-to-order and require a production period before shipment.

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production and processing. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Section 2: Shipping Time
Shipping is primarily available within Spain. Delivery availability for other locations may vary.

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local courier operations.

Section 3: Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Aureza is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Section 4: Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been confirmed and entered into our production process. This serves as confirmation that your item is being prepared.

Tracking updates may not appear immediately, as the order is still in production prior to shipment.

Section 5: Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Aureza is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Section 6: Lost or Stolen Packages
Aureza is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the courier directly for further assistance.

However, we will assist in reviewing the situation where possible.

Section 7: Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the package may be returned. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Section 8: Delivery Confirmation
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled. Customers are encouraged to ensure a secure delivery location.
